How Lazy Are a portion of The Staff Members. Also suggestions that staff need to listen to.

These are done regularly, loads are submitted and we try our hardest to review all of them to get players back onto the server or unmuted. We are human and we can only do so much.


We are not devs.


If anyone has any good things to do we have a Player Council on discord where players with ideas can put good suggestions.


Loads of chat moderation is done, you can not see it. Unfortunately, we can not be on 24/7 as we are human if anyone sees anything that should not be in chat you can post a player report which is swiftly looked at.


Later on, in this suggestion you talk about skeppy, zelk and mega's activity, they do lots of stuff.

Thank you for answering! Could you elaborate about the Player Council? I've been blacklisted due to an unfortunate situation, so I haven't had the possibility to keep up with in-game and Discord stuff.

basically in player council you create a ticket and suggest an idea that you want added. then players who are councilors will vote on it. as a councilor you can specialize in either kit survival or skyblock and then discord or forums. if your suggestion is for the forums then you will need 3 people who specialize in that to approve it and then 5 council approvals (anyone who is on council even if they don't specialize in that topic). if your suggestion is for all game modes you need 8 council approvals. if your suggestion is approved then later it will go to voting where anyone who is in the discord server (councilor or not) votes yes or no if they like the idea. if they get enough yes votes they will forward the ideas to higher ups.

Why I created this thread is because there are many examples where this has shown.

- Lack of activity on forums, such as blacklist appeals, ban appeals and mute appeals. Even a thread such as this one. It takes months to get your appeal accepted about your false ban. Blacklist aren't only based on chargebacks as well. There are others who want to play but can't because of the managers inactivity.

- Lack of updates in the game, there are no new events you can win from special crate keys, this kit "bunny" from the easter crate is literally the laziest thing i've ever seen in my life. Basically it's kit overlord with jump boost pots and named items. Also about resets. Not even a reset that would take 2 weeks for your team to make. Why does it come every 6 months, please just give us fucking things to do on this server.

- There is a lack of things to do now, like on kit pvp, all you do the whole time is jump down, collect loot, die and repeat this cycle for hours. The events get really boring, especially the long ones like brackets and sumo. Staff members have to put some of their creative ideas into the server.

- Lack of chat moderation. This player base is based on little kids who can barely click their mouse at 3 Cps waiting to get into one of Skeppy's videos. The chat is rarely moderated, people spamming stupid shit all the time and not getting muted. If miraculously a staff member joined, he'd get flamed by the community of nine year olds that we have. They would be spamming shit like "hope you get demoted" or "you suck at pvp" etc. If this ever happens just give them a temp mute of 1h so they could stop intoxicating the server.

- My next point is mainly based on some of the staff members activity. I am not saying that all staff members are like this because we can see that some of them put their hearts into the server and it shows. But others like Skeppy, Zelkam, MegaPvP. In the last 8 months of playing this server, only twice have I seen Skeppy active and doing an event or working on the server. I don't know about Zelkam and MegaPvP's activity on forums, because I haven't been on here for a while, but I can say it significantly less then others staff members. Same for in-game, they're like ghost. And I am pretty sure it's not because they are in vanish. They have the role of managers of the server, but what do they manage. Jack shit, all they do is troll their player base of 9 year olds. Basically what I am saying here is that you guys need to promote non OG staff members to manager because these two aren't helpful whatsoever when it comes to unfair punishments or reducing punishments.

- Finally PLEASE HIRE SOME MORE STAFF MEMBERS. They don't have to be english majors for **** sake, they just need to have experience and a high knowledge of the basics for running a Minecraft server and be able to prove it. You know what comes with more staff members, more updates, which leads to more activity. I am getting tired the lack of things to do and I really think with more ideas from staff or player suggestions it could could help the server out.

I am just making this thread to rant about what I don't like about the servers and suggestions on how to improve it. I am getting tired of killing and killing and killing on this Kit PvP. I get that it's mainly a Kit PvP, Skyblock and Survival server but it also has to be entertained by the Youtuber that owns it. Thank you for taking the time to read this thread.

There's only 5 people that can solve escalated blacklist appeals (or so I think). If they're not escalated I believe mods too can solve them.

Why are you complaining about it? The staff members are doing their best to improve the server and the blacklist appeals/ban appeals (if you were cheating) they just wanted to to learn your lesson (if you admit that you were hacking/falsely banned) it would be escalated to a higher staff member to review it. I do have to admit that they need to hire more staff but most of the people applied for staff because they wanted to be in Skeppy's videos.

You are under the impression that every blacklisted person has done something in the server, and that there are no false bans. I've been blacklisted for a discord offence, and it's false. But here I am, waiting, because of some staff not being coherent.
