Rule 1 in irl deals - the IRL buyer always goes first. If you do the trade any other way, it's on you if you get scammed

What did you expect that would happen? Also, it's "bannable" bann-able, bankable is when you can put something on the bank I suppose. Either way, these things are usually scam. When I bought my legend rank he also contacted me.

Just because you got scammed doesn't mean its alright to scam someone else who was completely innocent (He could've been a bit smarter, but still not ok).

That's like saying someone stole my money in the park earlier so I stole someone else's money who has nothing to do with the situation. Just doesn't make sense.
