Am I allowed to use the macro mod on badlion client to bind a button to the command /sell a to get money quicker?

Well, by all my experiences, it only depends on how many cps your macro has. Normal anticheat detectors have their standards, which are 16 cps. That is the lowest. If your macro does 16 cps or more, there will be anti cheat alerts, and staff will teleport to check on you. If they see that you are afk and clicking, they may ban you for an autoclicker or macro, since macro is blacklisted "clicking" method, same goes for autoclicker.

If you are in need to use macro for grinding, do it with, I would say, 10cps. Just so anticheat can't detect it. :D

I don’t mean that aha, I meant like once my inventory is full with chicken and feathers etc, can I use the auto text mod to press a button instead of having to write /sell a non stop, sorry for not saying it clearly
 
Even setting the CPS to a lower value, staff can still ban you because you have a banned mod. Also, I believe the anticheat checks to see if your clicks are too "regular", you have the same CPS over time, and bans you.
