Alright so yes, I want to eventually apply for staff, and a way to like do that... you need to be active well... for the last week of so I have been playing for at least 16 hours a day... is this unhealthy?

Yes, don't do that to yourself.

Spending 16 hours of your day on invadedlands won't get you Mod faster, you should be decently known in the community, play for at least 3 months (6 months will give you more chance) and have the least punishments possible.

You need to have been playing for at least 4 months to apply for staff, but yes, paying more won't get you better chance of being staff.
