If he was muted for spam, he spammed and the mute was justified. End of story.

Opinions aren't just wrong. And I've been false blacklisted, so I know staff are humans and can do mistakes. It was on discord, but still.
Blacklists and mutes are completely different so using the two as a comparison shows just how ignorant you are with this situation.

Spam is repeating 3 or more messages in the span of 10 seconds. It's not hard to catch someone spamming whether it was accidental or not. Stop crying over a 12 hour mute, there are ppl who have suffered worse.

Staff aren't stupid and they don't confuse usernames with others. No one is named neverumit so stop trying to weasel your way into a reduced mute for this kid. Your arguments are invalid and you need to stop acting like you know what you're talking about.

Staff can be wrong. I've been false banned. I've been recently unblacklisted, basically saying in the appeal that it was false.
Again, I was talking about mutes, more specifically spam mutes, in which staff are never unjustified. idc about ur false bans and blacklists
My point was that staff can make mistakes. It wasn't about mute, ban, or blacklist. It was still a chat offence, so it's no different.
