What does it mean, to have 10min or 30min time to build a warp?

That’s for kitpvp but it p means you have thta much time to build a player warp but reminder: that’s only for kitpvp
thx for your response, but how do i create a warp on skyblocks?
Put a sign that says [Welcome] or that but in caps i believe. Make sure it’s an area where they can’t go where you don’t want them
you also need island level 10
