How long have you been playing on InvadedLands?
I’ve been a casual player on InvadedLands for a long time, but I don’t know exactly when I started. Up until recently, I would most often play every couple of weeks, or just generally at my leisure. I’ve developed a greater passion for the server recently, and I’m interested in finally bringing my skill set to the table.
Have you ever been punished on InvadedLands?
I’ve never been punished on the server. I like to keep things appropriate, fair, and clean.
Do you have a functioning microphone?

Are you able to record videos of hackers at reasonable frame-rates and quality?

What skills do you feel you have that will help the community?
I believe that I have greater experience and diligence than other applicants, which makes me a better fit for the position.I have real-world experience as a former hiring manager at Dunkin Donuts, which entailed evaluating new hires for the branch. I also worked in a highly-competitive I.T. customer service role at Best Buy, and also with a local business where I taught elderly people to learn how to use their electronics.
These experiences have built up my patience, helped me adapt to fast-paced environments, and taught me to better manage my time between work, school, and other priorities. I have become much better at working with either a team or on my own. I have been told that I show perseverance, confidence, and open-mindedness; These qualities came to me through facing and overcoming hardships in my personal and professional lives.
I am always looking for opportunities to improve and succeed personally and professionally. I have taken classes for Python, C++, and JavaScript, and intend to pursue a degree in Computer Science.
What past moderating experiences do you have?
I've been a moderator on a few servers in the past years, most recently was an HCF server hosted by a Minecraft YouTuber and a Minecraft PE server called Dark realms Factions with a YouTuber with 10k subs at the time named Chaotic Synergy.

- I moderated here for a month while it was already popular and partnered. The server faced regular threats of hacking, griefing, and DDoS, which I was responsible for either defusing personally or putting to an end. I monitored the Discord text and voice channels, site forums, and in-game happenings. I recorded rule-breakers diligently and communicated with my superiors.

- I've moderated dark realms as a head- admin like 6 years ago, I helped players in the forums and in-game. I also recorded cheaters and banned them. I didn't monitor TS, or Discord because we didn't have that stuff for MCPE. I hired new staff every few weeks and also fired them if they didn't meet our expectations.

What languages can you speak fluently?
I’m fluent in American English and Gibberish. Gibberish is a derivative of Pig Latin, based on English, used playfully to talk in secret.
Why would you be a good fit for staff?
As you can see, I have the experience and personal skills required for the position. I have great management and problem-solving skills, and I believe I understand what will be expected of me in a staff role. If I’m caught off-guard, I am a very motivated, fast learner, and I adapt to new situations easily. Above all, my motivation is to make people’s experience on the server as enjoyable as possible. I’m eager to be a part of the team.

I will be starting college this fall to pursue a major in Computer Science. From now through this summer, I should be available 12 hours per day, but during college, I should be able to manage roughly 6 hours of activity per day.
