No because mojang most likely downloaded some shitty shader pack online and slapped it on bedrock.

Yeah, I've seen the trailer for it.
Nothing really exciting and just like Shaders would very often get annoying resulting in the player to remove it immediately since this shit makes your eyes burn.

Personally, I don't use shaders too much, mainly when I'm doing boring stuff and I am not underground/inside something, and also when it's raining. Normal Minecraft look may not be realistic, but it's easier to look at stuff.

I have a card from 8 years ago. One of the worst cards. Cant even run 1080p minecraft with 2 chunk render distance

Then you don't have support. I have a GTX 1050Ti, but it's still not supported. Only RTX cards at the moment are.
