As Zelkam explain: "Past staff experience may be on your own server with ZERO PLAYERS" I mean, logic, yes?

HOW AM I GONNA BE EXPERIENCED OWNING A SERVER PRO????

Well, in my case, I've got plenty of experience. But I don't think any player can possibly be a host on Badlion anymore...

theres actually a lot of servers that have 200+ players and dont require a lot of experience, all you really have to do is just find a smaller server you like and go with that

i worked my way up through 1 server to where i am now, it may seen hard but its not as hard as u think
 
I went on minecraftforums.net, applied for staff on servers, eventually got in a server as Mod, and I learned and cooperated with the staff team working my way up to Senior Admin (my current position). Meanwhile, I got multiple other staff experiences, and I started to make myself known. Eventually, I reached a point where people were asking me if I wanted to join their server as staff. In the course of one year I got experiences as Mod, Sr Mod, Admin, Sr Admin, Manager, Developer, and Owner. Hope this is helpful. When applying, or when you are accepted, remember to always be polite and professional, acknowledge your mistakes and say what you will do to improve, always be active, and you'll get experience.

oh dang o.O

And also, it's not too hard to get experience. I started off with owning and moderating in a few discord servers, which then allowed me to say I have experience when applying for mc servers. You gotta work your way up.
