Also trying to get there attention. A stan is a community member who thinks there community opinion is better than anyone elses opinion and that they are superior against anybody's negative thoughts towards that community.

There is no excuse. Just because someone answered doesn't mean you can't. Take for an example the threads where it says "how do i create an appeal" there is like 20 people linking the ban appeal page and you are most likely one of them.
