when people say there ginghams to come back next season what do that mean what is a season on sky block

a season is a period of time (5-6 months in this case) where people can play without worry. after that period of time, everything will be reset, your islands, pv's, ec, inventory, and everything you have will be gone except for your rank. The dev will announce a reset on the forums 2-3 days before it actually happens so people will be more prepared to say farewell. When the server resets, everyone starts from scratch.
