it just needs a tweek, i jitter like 11-12 cps and didnt have any issues until a small ping spikehmmm, dunno, I managed to glitch into a soulsand and into the world border but I didn't get banned. I also experienced heavy lag and lagspikes (Internet related) while glitched. (This happened in the hub)
