Should Ban appeal limits be removed? (YES)

So if you don't know, after you ban appeal five times, (I think it's five) you reach a limit and it doesn't let you appeal anymore. Wondering how I found that out? It's because I got unfairly banned. I appealed 5 times and all got denied. If you want to see the whole story, go to my post on community help. So let's get to the point: Should ban appeal limits be removed? I think yes. So what are you supposed to do when you get unfairly banned and are at the appeal limit? What, appeal in a staff applictation? did that. Community help? no one gives a crap, bug report? tried that too. Your pretty much out of options other then buying a unban. Some people don't want to buy a unban when they didn't break any rules. You ask a staff member, you know what they say? buy a unban. Next I might appeal in a blacklist appeal even though I got banned, not blacklisted. I think they just added a limit because they can't be bothered by going through more appeals. But what about the people who got unfairly banned? my point stands. Vote in the poll above.

I agree that in some cases it should be removed or exempt however some people will use ban appeals to their advantage, for example they will attempt to cheat and then when they get banned they will make a ban appeal which might get accepted, then they'll repeat the cycle.

Yes, but what about the people who weren't cheating? Maybe they should make it if you get unbanned and banned again you can't appeal.

This will overflow the ban appeal section of the forums for staff if it does proceed to be removed.

Because people that got denied will keep on making appeals until they eventually get banned from making them or until they get unbanned, which is why there is a limit on how many appeals you can make.

I didn't mean why to you, but ok. But again, what about the unfairly banned players?

I think it should depend on the situation, but I think in general NO since it keeps the spam for appeals to a minimum.

Not really, as some people can just spam ban appeals. Also, if you have reached your max limit on ban appeals just wait some time before re-appealing.
