You shouldn't have to worry about the ban appeal limit if it was unfair and only happened once. The whole point of the limit is to prevent people from constantly getting unbanned to repeat the same cycle, who were breaking the rules

If your appeal got denied 5 times, admitting is your best chance on getting unbanned, or you can purchase an unban off the store.
