As many people who have applied for builder have noticed, Luke is not doing build apps anymore, E_ic is doing them. Luke typically did them by doing the older apps first, but e_ic is doing the new ones first. My build app is on the second page and is about a month old. Should I delete my old app and re-send it, or should I wait for e_ic to get to mine?

Yeah most likely, or at least they are discussing about you since if you did bad they would have denied right away to get the trash apps out of the way.
