How much of the beef you have there is actually cooked fresh?
Are the Ice cream machines always really broken or do employee's just makeup excuses on purpose just so they don't have to use it?

1- I don't really deal with cooking food. I will say that the food there is considered fresh though. There's only so much time you can let food go unserved there.
2- the ice cream machine is never broken. Its just being cleaned. However it takes a long time to be cleaned. It is 100% necessary though.
3- We get 1 free a meal a day working there. However, with this COVID stuff at the mcdonalds I work at, employees can come in and get 3 free meals a day whatever it is. Not sure if its that way anywhere else. Before you couldn't just get that. You had to be at work to get your free meal. We also can have all the free sweet tea we want.
4- You start out earning 9 dollars an hour. You get days off. However, working there is really hard. I'm in the first window and I have to stand all day for about 7.5 hours during my 8 hour shift on hard concrete. There's no mat in the window either to make it any better. So you're standing on hard concrete for hours. It really hurts your body. Not sure how much better it is moving around, but the floor is also concrete there.
Also the mcdonalds I work at (it could be different for others) has been really understanding about me and my mother having to leave to take care of family or not being able to work some days. Both my grandparents have cancer and cant take care of themselves well. Mom is the one that has to do it all. So they're really understanding if she cant work or has to leave for them.
