This network is very big, and often the only people able to answer to purchase support are high staff (3 people). One week is somewhat reasonable.
Ya this shouldn’t be a problem in the first place it’s fine I’m just gonna chargeback in a couple of days and just play some hypixel
you not getting your rank has nothing to do with IL, that’s on buycraft’s side. you’re not the only one who has made a purchase support, other people have made them before you, and it takes a while. don’t cb, you’ll get bl on invaded which you will probably regret and you won’t be able to buy anything on buycraft at all. just be patient.
I said I’ll just play some hypixel, hypixel doesn’t suck and they use their own website for purchases and it works I don’t care if I get banned and honestly get more mods that can do this shit then

and i highly doubt that you’ll only play hypixel you’ll probably go onto other servers that use buycraft and then be sad cuz u cant buy anything
there are two possible outcomes of this situation. one is you be patient and get ur purchase support looked at, u can still play invaded, and you now have the rank or whatever u bought. the other outcome is you are inpatient, you cb, you get bl, you regret that cuz u actually wanna play invaded, go to hypixel, get bored there, go to another server, enjoy it, go to buy a rank, then be sad cuz you can’t. which outcome sounds better?
i really don’t get why u can’t just wait for the few days it’ll take.
You know that staff season is about to end and new staff members are gonna be there and the Mods are gonna get a promotion because of the influx of new people becoming staff?
Ok so what would happen in this situation if I bought an unban because I was banned for a month. The purchase doesn’t go through I have to wait 2 weeks and by that point I’d rather wait what would happen then. Also I’m MVP+ level 107 on hypixel and hypixel never gets boring they have tons of games there skyblock doesn’t suck so I don’t care

just wait for someone to look at it. it really won’t take that long and if you can’t wait that long you probably shouldn’t be buying stuff

Same, It's been 12 hours since I bought my rank ticket, they should get to us first because we're RANK PLAYERS! If they can't handle the number of tickets GET MORE ADMINS! I'm about to go into the discord and ask for a manager.
On mineplex, and hypixel, and every other server they get to rank players BEFORE banned players, and they prioritize purchase tickets WHICH THEY SHOULD this is total bs.
No if you get banned for hacking or scamming what would happen in that situation. Then also 2 weeks is so much time in this coronavirus shit. But ya tomorrow morning I’m gonna chargeback probably maybe the next day but whatever hypixel is better and skeppy sucks
it. takes. time. there are people who made theirs before you. just wait. you need to learn patience. i’m pretty sure that purchase supports already have priority over stuff like ban appeals.
it doesn’t take 2 weeks for them to look at purchase supports?? by the time you chargeback it’ll probably be handled.
1000000% o agree it’s so dumb and it NEEDS to be fixed
they do get to ranked players before banned players there is just a lot of purchase supports and not enough staff so it takes a while
