lol if you're really a mod on a server that uses buycraft, you would know that it isn't the server's fault and you need to learn PATIENCE
They need a specific team of people to handle payment if what your saying is true, it's not about being impatient, it's about the annoyance of feeling like the staff don't care, and don't wanna do their job. Honestly, I agree we should be patient, but also it should work. If what your saying is also true, Invadedlands shouldn't use buycraft, or make their own version. Hypixel and Mineplex both DONT USE BUYCRAFT a simple google search can prove this. They use custom coded delivery since Invadedlands is getting bigger (influenced by Skeppy). They should make their own service to make the number of people experiencing this Buycraft issue be closer to 0, and it would be made by them, so they could monitor it easier. It would be 100% a better option, Yes, it would take time, but Invadedlands is currently one of the most popular servers on Minecraft, so they could 100% do it. If they don't go down that route they need specific Buycraft Managers/Payment People to cut the time it takes to get the thing you bought in half (preferably), from 7 days to 2-3 days. I know this is hard to do, but it's doable with the amount of profit this server is gaining. Even if they had custom servers, which would be around 600-700$ a month it wouldn't matter they would still be making a profit. This server makes a TON of money right now because of Skeppy. So that's my opinion.
