After playing this for like a month, and grinding all day and night. I get mute for 30 days, I posted a message in chat offering a community event to help lesser players make money. I had a previous 7 day mute that ended, and now have a 30 day one.

Yes, I am sure this could be considered spam but its a little bit over the top.

I got a punishment that you should get for racial slurs or for something worse, when in reality mine should have been much less severe.

either way, you broke the rules, if your last mute was 7 days and this was 30, you must have had a lot of offences in the past, where you should have learned to not do it again

There is a certain mute system where every time you get muted the time gets longer until eventually it is permanent (usually 10 mutes). Since you were spamming

3 same messages in a 10 second spam is a mute, it's in the rules my dude. You must have a lot of other mutes for it to be 30 days. I've only been muted once and that was for 30mins.
