player warps suggestion

Player warps are great, but I wish there was a way for the Owner to decide whether to make their warp public, or if only people they allow can join it, kinda like a whitelisting system. idk how it would work but neon is smart right?

I think this is a great idea but it might be a while until it gets implemented since neon's probably busy working on PvPLands.
