no. your uuid controls everything so you will be ok unless you find a way to change that xd
server saves your uuid so you won't lose your stats

Yes, you can change your username. I’d maybe change any signs if your selling something to your new name but everything saved

If you're confused why your name on the forums won't change, it doesn't update with your Minecraft name.
