Easy Solution: More Staff.

Lower staff like Mod, Trainee (idk about Sr. Mod but lets just say there not lower staff) they aren't in-charge of Tebex releated issues that is only for the "Sr. Mods" and up.

Skeppy isn't putting all his money to pvplands, although he is mainly focusing on pvplands it's because invaded is already setup very well and has way less issues than pvplands it's really hard to own 2 servers at a time.

Thousands of builder applications have been denied, e_ic and LukeLovesCandy (don't know if Luke is doing apps anymore) have been working super hard on looking at applications, just go in the denied builder applications and look at how many apps they have read, staff don't get the respect they should have from the community (I believe).

Like I said in the last quote he has viewed HUNDREDS maybe THOUSANDS of builder apps go in the denied builder application section and look for yourself.

he doesn't only do builder apps, you don't know what he does and the staff do behind the scenes.
