We have rules in place to keep the chat as clear as possible. If you get permanently muted, that's because you've received 10+ Mutes, and that's on you. Mutes start at a low duration depending on the offense, so they serve more as a warning then anything. If all your mutes are for spamming, you would've first been muted for 30d, then 60d, so it's not really far fetched to permanently mute you if you continue to break the rules that are in place. If you do get permanently muted, depending on the situation you can make an appeal and there is a chance it will be reduced. You would just make a ban appeal and specify that you're appealing a mute.
