Well the pickup filter will not allow you to pick up any iron armor if you add iron armor to blacklist or only allow you to pick iron armor when on whitelist

As for the enchants, they don't matter. It can be a prot 5 iron set but you won't be able to pick it up if you have iron armor to blacklist.
