how is it better, it starts at 32 for water freezing temperature instead of 0 which makes no sense and it goes to 212 for water boiling temperature which also makes no sense, 100 is better

something that is colder than freezing temperature will have a temperature below the freezing point e.g. water's freezing temperature is 0, anything below 0 (from -1 and on wards will be frozen)
