it's technically isn't morally wrong since they scammed you first which would mean they're in the wrong and deserved the CB

Chargeback would notify Invadedlands and your account associated with the purchase will be banned. Refunds are not possible as purchases are final and yeah it's kind of a bad move.
Since if Skeppy or someone used that money to buy something and you chargeback it ends up making Paypal take more funds out of IL which could make them lose profits plus I am not sure if the Store service has a fee too.
