It’s actually not easy and it doesn’t really vary from state to state. Either guns are banned or not. And most often they get the actual criminal record of the person trying to buy it, so it’s not outdated.

That video is by MSNBC, of course they’re gonna say that. An estimated 30,000 deaths are caused by guns each year including suicide, and an estimated 3 million are saved due to a gun, according to the CDC.

but if that law never came in, not many people would have a gun, therefore there wouldn't be as many problems with guns, here in europe guns aren't a problem at all, because who has them is trainned.
