In morality, of course it shouldn’t. However, in practicality, there’s not a lot we can do other than let player reports with enough evidence of scamming be allowed, which for some reason is shot down as staff doing work. Seriously, staff doing work oh no :O it isn’t even staff, it’s players claiming this.
