You need to earn a certain amount of trophy points. It goes new member member active member then well known. I’m not sure the exact requirements but for well known I know you need either 250 likes or 1000 posts.

you just need to be active on the forum 
From member to the second rank (I forget what it is) I think you need 100 posts, then from that you need like I think either 50 or 100 reactions and a certain amount of posts.
But if you're active on the forums and people click like on your posts/replies you'll get the ranks <3
