got blacklisted falsly

I was blacklisted with a rank on kit pvp and my blacklist was ban evading so i looked it up and it said that you use a different account and hack or do bad things and you get banned then you hopp on your main to play normally but you get blacklisted because your connected to the other acc so someone please tell me why its been 5 weeks after my appeal and they said no then i make another a few weeks late and wait for about 3 months with no reply and keep in mind i bought a rank so they technically scammed me

know one scammed you, you broke the rules by ban evading, use common knowledge that going on alts while banned is evading a ban, you were not falsely banned at all, it has happend to people
