I have been playing on the server since 2016. If you don't recognize me I stopped for a while in 2018 and just started playing again about two months ago. I have always been a generous donor on the server from many years back, buying Overlord Rank and Keys and many other items. Recently because of Covid-19 I got my friend to start playing with me on Invaded. I traded a lot of in game money and items to some kid for him to get MVP rank on kitpvp. It went well..... then the kid charged back a few days later. I was bummed because me and my friend both got blacklisted and I lost a lot of stuff. I guess we would just wait a few days until we get unblacklisted.

That did not happen

IT NOW HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! With basically no possible way to contact an admin, it has been very frustrating. I have contacted a few mods, but they just say keep waiting. Three weeks is extremely unacceptable and is basically just giving a big "f*ck you" to me. I understand that they are opening a new server and there are many other charge-backs going on , but they should put the players first (which they obviously don't because of this example I am Giving". They need to get more higher staff, Skeppy definitely has the money for it. And I also dont understand why they dont check the chat-logs for charge-back before they give the blacklist?


Sorry for the rant guys. Just want an admin to see this.
Also I swear if a mod locks the thread because "I am asking for my appeal process to be sped up" I will go bananas.

dude just be friends with staff i got unblacklisted within the hour of my appeal, it was also a chargeback, complaining wont get u anywhere
 
they don’t blacklist you. if you chargeback any payments its an automatic blacklist, zelkam/mega etc don’t do it.

How am i blacklisted then if it was my friends account who had the mvp bought and they chargedback. :/
