Tbh the fact that sometimes players get muted and other times they don't makes it very confusing for players to know what to do and what not to do. Tbh there should be a strict punishment system which should be respected by all staff regardless of the position. Now, I don't think Lumboc denied it just because he is biased towards fxrefly, since he did break the rules, however, I think that Lumboc is just more tolerable towards spam.Why is it that some reports are accepted for spamming pms and some are denied?

atleast you don't get punished if you report someone (atleast not by a staff member)I do think it depends on mod to mod. Also see if you can find a correlation between the spam that gets accepted and the spam that gets denied. If you can't find one aka it's arbitrary then this is a real problem. Other wise it might just be that spam (in pm) needs to be real heavy before it gets accepted. Since you can see the difference between the one that is accepted and the one that is denied here. But if we should hold to Lumboc's word then no spam in personal messages should ever be accepted since you can /ignore. So maybe not the brightest words from Lumboc here.
