Does your credit card info save?

I'm planning on doing a giveaway for a rank on my yt but I'm not sure if my credit card info will be saved onto the winner's account, and obviously I don't want them to be buying stuff with my account. This is probably said in the tos or something but I'm just to lazy to read.
Please help.

It will not save on someone else's account unless you enter it from their computer.

depends on the number, can u tell me it? and the three numbers on the back, and the expiration date. depends on the card bro

+1 on the card number, i can check if it saves for u but i need as much info as possibe, expiry date, pics of front and back, mothers maiden name etc
