You're trying to tell people that InvadedLands is a bad server, and it is ****Ed up apparently, you're basically just making the server worse and worse and worse and worse and worse and worse and worse

As most people know, Im banned. I don't 100% know why, but I appeal like a civl human and not buy a unban. but because I did not know why I was banned. some mod ESCALATED IT! witch means Its basically a blacklist appeal on a waiting standard. WHY, why is that a thing? I got escalated in 8 hours after my appeal, and now its been 4 days, and no response since. now this is fucked up for the first reason Im not blacklisted. and second, why could a normal mod, not do shit about it? I legit said im sorry for whatever dumb-ass thing i did, and it got escalated. but the only reason im mad, is because they did not say why so I could explain. I feel the pain of blacklists now if your Innocent. I prob wont be unbanned for a week, that is they approve it or I don't get a temp ban. now stop treating people like there waiting in line for billy elish tickets, 5 minutes before the ticket store opens, and please put more people on the duty of ban and blacklist appeals. Ik you all work so hard, but it can be annoying when u sit on the forums all day and a sr.mod comes on once, nothing higher and says jackshit to know one and leaves in 3 minutes. bs. and charging 15 usd for a unban?! who the hell thought that was ok!? thats not only illegal by the EULA, like everything else, but people are almost staving there cold asses to death and every penny counts, and I have to pay over half of mine-craft OG price to get unaban? BECAUSE IS CORONA TIME BITCH! pce.
Don't know much about what their procedures for handling banned appeals are but all server staff have a specific guideline which they have to follow while interacting with players, handing out punishments, dealing with player issues etc.
In a general I'd find escalating any appeal reasonable if:
- The person appealing has had a history of punishments/bad reputation in the community, and continues to repeatedly violate the rules even though while appealing they specifically state that their wouldn't be any trouble from them anymore. The decision rests with the higher staff.
- The staff members don't have enough background on what you were banned for/ are unsure of what would be an appropriate action, therefore hand it over to upper staff to review. It's usually related to more graver issues than a ten year old hacking on the server, for example serious threats to server platforms and players etc. ( A rarer occurence, and usually results in a blacklist).
Maybe you should think over:
- What exactly you were banned for?(don't just disclose it here), maybe dm a staff member. Since at the moment you're not even completely sure of what you're banned for. I'm pretty sure feeling sorry for whatever you did isn't possible if you don't even know what you're sorry for. Were you banned again for something you said that you wouldn't do anymore? etc.

As for the high costs of unbans, I'm not sure what the motivation on this server is, but other server owners I have talked to say that it's usually because they don't want you to abuse that service: basically you messing stuff up on purpose just so you can buy and appeal and come back repeating that stuff until you reach the limit of the number of unbans you could buy. This also why usually every consequent unban costs higher and higher. Lastly I feel this question would have more fruitful answers if you had just dmed/started a conversation a staff member instead, as they'd be better suited to answer your questions than general community members, where we're just going to presume a lot of stuff.
 
Um do you understand that an Escalated appeal is a GOOD sign??? You should be glad it was not denied. BTW only Admins or higher can accept bl appeals, mods can do nothing except escalate it or deny it.
i thought this too but a sr mod accepted my friends blacklist appeal

bro just stop, even if it was a false ban it happens some times, escalated means that logs have to be checked so its beter than being denied right away, and be patient, u legit waited for 4 days and started ranting on the forums where ppl have waited for months and never complained. so just chill.

First, this is a 1.8.9 server, the EULA you're talking about is 1.9+, and there are hundreds of appeals every day, stop complaining about a few days when people have been bled for months
