it's a preserved egg, they just preserve it for a bit to get it its taste. It's delicious in my opinion.
Anyways, the strangest thing I've ate? Uh, chicken legs. You don't actually consume them, you just eat the skin. They're delicious ! It's kind of confusing because that kind of food isn't strange for me haha

yeah, it was really fun. There was this kind of ice cream that we got a lot where they put like cream on a liquid nitrogen cooled surface, put the ingredients in, chopped it up, it froze, they rolled it up and put it in a cup... The ice cream was amazing... Also, the air there feels so different from like where we live, its very humid and warm even when its night.
