So I need an equation that can turn the rotation of an object to amounts of x and y that I then change to move another object in the direction the first one is facing... Anyone with like knowledge of trigonometry and stuff can you help?

i almost failed geo with trig because i took that course within a month and suprise i dont remember anything, and the trig part of precalc is over and we didnt do anything like that so im not sure how much help i can be
