Yes because that is something I would 100% doThe limit is to prevent people like redot from spamming ban appeals as a troll (i think) and you can always ask for a limit reset if you've reached your max legit, my friends have done this b4.

Putting a cap on staff applications would limit them a lot, especially with people who have good potential but aren't there yet.
