So a little over a year ago, Invadedlands released 4 Faction Maps: the Beta (won by Much), Map I (won by @Joyoy0 ), Map II (won by me, @Gxdda ), and Map III (won by @Joyoy0 ). The prizes were as what follows: Beta was apparently a series of prizes totaling $1000 Buycraft that Much's faction won. Map 1 had buycraft split into smaller prizes ($500 to Joy's faction, $400 to mine, $300 to Sachiz's faction, and $200 and $100 that were never claimed). Map 2 and 3 had $1000 PayPal that was never paid out. Map 2 had no problems yet was shut down after around 3 weeks when the map was promised to be about a month or two. My faction was number one with about 120 million in value. The faction in second place had a value of 40 million. Those were the numbers when the server went down unexpectedly. No warning, no word or explanation from Zelkam or Mega, nothing. I was shocked when I went back to the original tweet and found that it had been deleted. Thankfully, I had a screenshot of it. I don't want to believe that InvadedLands would intentionally attempt to scam players, so I'm going to keep an open mind and just assume that they were going to pay me eventually. However, that was not the case. Joy experienced a similar situation; his faction was on top (however dupers were #1 but they were banned yet not wiped even after being caught duping) and he never received the money ($1000) that was promised for that map.

I really like this server, and I don't want to see its reputation tarnished. All Joy and I want is the money that was promised to us over a year ago. If factions isn't coming back, we'd like a refund on our ranks (I had Diamond which was $50 and Joy had Platinum which was $75. I would really appreciate it if staff could alert higher ups (specifically Zelkam as he was in charge of most of the planning and payouts regarding factions) about this. Joy and I would like to start a conversation with him and Mega so we can talk it out. Please don't ignore / delete this thread; we are trying to be as polite and civil as we possible can be when it comes to a large sum of money that we have been waiting to receive for over a year now.

If it is needed, both Joy and I have multiple screenshots / videos regarding the existence of all faction maps as well as the payouts promised. We will be more than happy to provide those to you privately as we feel it would come off as accusatory and impolite if we just released them to the public right off the bat; we'd like to see how this is handled first before we do anything.

Okay, sure this is possible to get resolved, but if this happened almost a year ago, why didn't this thread happen earlier. Also in private. Sure, other players' comments can add leverage, but if you were acting civil, this would be done privately. This large sum of money promised should have been promptly dealt with, (months ago or shortly after it was promised) because if you said the 100 and 200 weren't claimed, then neither were your prizes because you failed to contact them back then with direct proof of the promise. Sure, hearing this might not be good for you, but I'm also an unbiased perspective. I did not play during the factions days, but I know factions basics like worth, size, players, etc. That's about it. From a business perspective, you waiting too long probably also forfeited the money. As there were unclaimed prizes by Factions that clearly existed (I highly doubt only 3 factions played on the server), they probably also did not receive the prize because of this same fault. I hope this can get resolved, even if it means you do accept it if you cannot receive the prize. I lean towards Invaded because of the failure to make this happen earlier, by waiting. If it does happen, that'd be awesome as well. I wish you the best, but I hope you understand if you do not receive the prize.

Because we spent that time gathering evidence and screenshots. It was hard to track them down when Invaded deleted a lot of evidence of previous maps, lol.

If they were acting civil they wouldn't have shut down both maps without telling the players anything / compensating them.

I'm starting to think that you didn't even read the thread. We contacted admins and higher ups and were basically freaking out when they shut down both servers for no reason. However, we weren't ever given any respond regarding it and were never compensated. Of course, we didn't know they were going to shut down factions, so we didn't take screenshots the day before it went down or anything like that because we expected to be playing a full map. Please actually read next time.

Either way, I have video evidence of a mod admitting that Mega said people would be compensated for ranks etc. Whatever happened to the compensation? We shouldn't have to bring that up, either; when K2 was shut down as well as Soup, they gave buycraft to people with ranks etc. Why didn't they do the same for factions?

No, 3 factions did not just play the server. The people who didn't claim their prizes never asked admins with proof to claim their prizes. We never said only 3 factions played. What are you talking about?

Either way we're supposed to receive some form of compensation. Due to them not bringing factions back.

We didn't wait. As stated above and multiple times in the thread, we have been gathering evidence, etc.
