I dont get a lot on invaded lands and i dont even have that good of a computer.I think another reason would be the anti cheat,many people are getting banned/Blacklisted for no reason.

The server does not appear to be "dying" because of these farewells - a minority with a big voice is not a majority, there's still plenty players which shows that you're exaggerating these issues in order to fit your points. I have literally never experienced server lag or a false ban (another thing commonly complained about) and I honestly believe the performance is top notch for such a large server.
Also you're speaking to an audience that mostly can't do anything, your average staff member can't upgrade specs, put in plugins, etc.
