Ok that's sad
I can't see finding friends in larger servers a similar experience to small servers . In smaller servers (not even, it could be a discord server, some forum you found, etc.) the communities are much smaller and much more close, over there you meet the same few people every day and you can become close to them. I stayed for 5 years on the same 20 player server just because of the community and have friends that last to this day
You're right do you know any of small server
Not currently in any, you can find some on some server list like PMC or something
