i got ban for no reson

I got a ban on my favorite server for no reason ... I got a mute in my primary user and I didn't know why then I joined alt user and asked Maude Lauren why I got a mute in my primary user and he gave me a ban for a week and just in my country now has a week's vacation And I got a ban for no reason and I so want to go back to playing special on vacation and every day I connect to the server makes me active chat every day I really vote I just got a ban): I'd love if you canceled my ban (sorry for my English with she is bad)

@Lauren as far as i know mute evading does not result in a ban but instead perm mute on both the accounts.. did the punishments get altered or smthn?

When you are muted doesn’t it say the reason?

The punishments may have gotten altered, because from what I remember, evading a mute is a permanent mute on both accounts, and evading a ban is a blacklist.

Someone was punished for mute evading by getting a perm mute. It wasn’t until they mute evaded on multiple accounts that they received a 7 day temp ban. So I believe you are partially correct, mute evading on the first offense shouldn’t result in a ban, but keep doing it and you will probably get a ban. Regardless, good luck @FakeLoki_ on your appeal.

fakeloki_ you need to show a reason for them to unban/unmute you your punishment is nothing, I got blacklisted for chargeback and i didn't even do it , so ur lucky

If you are muted, do not go on another account to complain about it. You can start a conversation with a staff member on forums or you can create an appeal. Coming onto the server with another account is not a good idea, and your punishment was justified.

You shouldn't base your actions based off of the punishment given. We have changed how we handle it, and the ban was correct. Please refrain from doing this again.
