I got bl’ed on a server called Flishess because I was trying to get 20k ping
I joined, I flew, none of the chunks loaded, I phased through multiple walls and the floor, I kept flying, nothing seemed to load, I reloaded again, and nothing happened, I kept trying until....
You have been blacklisted for: Flying

GG.
I went on a server with a VPN, the server had an anticheat, I had a very high ping (pinged 25k on server list) and somehow I glitched through spawn down in contraptions below spawn, without triggering anticheat.

Higher ping is generally a disadvantage in contrast to someone with a lower ping since their actions would be registered before yours. But having a ping like 20k obviously shows that you did that on purpose, therefore it is reasonable to assume that you were trying to do something which could be potentially harmful to the server. The range may be from simply trying to escape the anticheat by passing it off as lag to an early stage of manipulating your ping for a DDOS. In the general case you can't really just ban/blacklist someone for a really high ping, since they might not be able to do anything about it however for a ping of 3K+, that'd be really suspicious and so I guess it'd be safer to ban/blacklist you for it. For similar reasons you can be blacklisted for DDOS threats even as a joke, since it'd be reasonable to take precautions against something you might do and can cause trouble later on.
Lesson: Just don't do it.

I can't exactly order my network connection to suddenly stop having high pings, particularly seeing as sometimes the speed falls to some B/s. Also, how you spell DDoS triggers me, the o is small letter not capital pls

It would have been cool if you read the whole thing. I mentioned that you usually don't get banned/blacklisted for a really high ping since it's something you can't control. But if you were trying to do so on purpose it might at times come out as blatant and it may be perceived as something else . Apart from that no argument on it being spelled as "DDoS" and not DDOS, sorry typing error. Though honestly I don't find it something to be triggered about, but oh well doesn't matter.
EDIT:
I also mentioned to not raise your ping on purpose, since the OP has mentioned that they "tried" to get higher ping. Not in anyway to say " You need to stop your ping from going high", I know it something you can't control.
