I have bought "bald rank". It has been over 20 minutes and in-game it says i have bought it on an Alert, but when i type, nothing appears.

Yeah just go in-game and run the command /tags , then select the bald tag.

If /tags doesn't work, then I suggest going to the purchase support section on the forums and make a ticket.
