You do not directly get the key. You need to go to the vote crate and right-click on it.
If that does not work then something went wrong. Either you spelt your IGN wrong on the website or there was a bug.
You can report this bug to a staff member, but without proper evidence, there is nothing they can do about it.

There's no point, in this scenario they won't replace it. Also, it's just a minor issue, it's not like it is a payment issue.
