I have been practicing MLG a lot so I may survive, but it's still quite risky
If someone puts something in their pw he isn't able to get it. By the time it's in ah it already too late to get it. You're able to get blocks from your own pw building. Same with music discs. Most are not spawned in from staff members (Senior mod and up) Anyways they aren't supposed to have the items and if someone gave it to them they could get in trouble.

You make my head hurt I swear. You just said that staff were rightfully allowed to their customs, because of their items? Now you’re siding with everybody else, because now everyone hates you. Yes, he is and will never be allowed to give other players granted items from their powers. But he also is NOT allowed to vanish purposefully (i.e., escaping out of combat). This just goes to show that some people don’t know how to lose. This would be abusing of their powers / positions.
In the video, you could see that he was teleporting players, but for what reason? He could have been giving items, killing people illegally, or much more. I’m sorry that you don’t know shit about how staff works on this server, considering you have no player experience, but don’t even think about trying to tell others who is right and wrong. It makes you look like a clown
Mf's trying to argue tping out of combat isnt abuse, like what the **** was he building underground? a bomb shelter? Its his fault for being at a Public pw and building in survival with his harem of egirls. This has happened before in the staff team and they were punished accordingly stop simping.

Exactly, the others aren't in trouble since they were not clipped, Periys was, the others were just not caught, and no, you cannot get blocks from your own player warp it doesn't work like that you simply cannot have blocks or items from playerwarps get outside of the editing.

Senior mods can spawn in stuff not trial-mods. This is a completely different situation.
1. Why was he fighting them back then can't he just go in vanish at he second they came?

Since this thread has gotten way too many posts and angry messages, I'll say what I think about this. Personally I have no idea why he was in gms, it's not a great idea if he wasn't actively killing people. But I don't see doing /v as a big thing, he was not actively going around and killing people only to do /v when people started killing him. Plus, considering he still appears as Senior Mod and has not been blacklisted, I believe high staff has decided not to demote him, so I don't see why keep discussing.

Any allegation against a staff member is taken very seriously. This situation will be looked into an handled accordingly — there is absolutely no reason to argue or jump to your own conclusions publicly on this matter. If you have any concerns about a staff member, please contact one of us privately.
To bring more clarity to this situation as I feel it is needed-- this issue was reported and formally handled by Zelk.
Periys was building previously and had items in his inventory that normal players should not have. Once he realized, he vanished. This is a significantly better option than letting players gain access to illegal items. Further accusations were proven false.
This was a misunderstanding, however it will be taken to heart that it is our responsibility to know what we are carrying as we go in creative quite often. This is a frequent mistake to new Senior Moderators.
I urge further reports to be reported properly and privately-- posting these publicly cause people to draw their own conclusions and create unnecessary conflict. We would like to avoid that.
