Ik I plan on it I just feel like ppl will deny me and I don’t really have connections with small server owners at least I’m not super close with them
yeah it's honestly hard. most servers that will give you actual experience don't care about those really small servers that will hire you. so it's really hard to actually gain relevant experience without having connections.
I’m totally down tbh any requirements tho? Or do you not know yet

Yeah I get that, plus age requirements and having a mic or ability to screen record but I think I’ll just try to be friends with everyone and see what happens

Go to MC-Market.>>Recruitments and Staff. There are tons of new servers looking for staff every day, and most likely you should get accepted if you meet whatever their criterias are. Though if you're looking to be a Manager /Admin you'd need a portfolio/resume, which you don't have as I make out from the post. So yeah you'd have to start small and on lower staff positions.
