So when you buy an item, you are emailed a code for 10% that will expire after 24 hours. I bought some common keys on Survival, and went to use the coupons on a rank about 2 hours after. However, the codes "couldn't be redeemed". So I put in some more, but only the most recent (at that time) would work. So I went into the main store menu, and noticed the time by the purchases on the right. And that's when I realized: the time for them to stop working isn't after 24 hours of the purchase. All codes from the previous 24 hours stop working when the timer there goes back to 0. I've had to deal with this before (and made a complaint that was basically ignored), but only now I realize how this is wrong. Either they should change the message in the email, or change the way the coupons time out.
Edit: Apparantely, the unusable period after starts about 1 hour after. My point on them changing the message still stands, however.
