I bought an unban but not banned???

So today I bought a unban from the store. This was also my first legit ban. I wasn't blacklisted or anything, I was trying to join survival and still banned! Any help?

alr a similar thing has happened to me, was blacklisted (false fyi) my appeal got accepted. I tried to log on but still blacklisted. then I found out the solution is to relog. and if that doesn't work then make a purchase support
