Beacuse they are unbanning ppl who got banned for a reason -_-

uh a perm mute happens if u get muted multiple times before...... ppl get unbanned if they appeal and its a false ban or they admit and wait out there 30 day ban. Its exactly like a mute, u got muted multiple times thats why u got a perm mute. if a person got banned multiple times i doubt they would be unbanned. occasionally they do full ban resets but i doubt they r doing any punishment resets rn.
