This question has been askesd many times and has not gotten any further then just the forums. I doubt they will add factions but im pretty sure zelkam mentioning something about factions and if they would add it on the old forums in a Q&A. I personally don't believe it would fit Invadedlands as the more gamemodes there are , more gamemodes die out and have a low player base then others.
 
Theres been factions before and recently there was loads of controversy around it recently. I cannot see them adding it back.

No need as that would take playerbases from current games such as survival, kit and skyblock. All recent gamemodes that have been released has been a flop such as Battle Royale and soup which could not average any where near as the other game modes
 
Considering that Invaded did have factions at one point, its obvious that they removed it for a reason. You can suggest this to the council here if you'd like.

Its been denied so many times and there is no need for the gamemode, the suggestion wouldn't go anywhere... but if u want to then you might aswell try

Understandable, that does seem reasonable since soup was the least popular game, but battle royale just became uhc anyways.

Why are people hating on factions? This is stupid.
No, factions was NOT a disaster nor was it with a low player count.
It was removed for unknown and probably unjustified reasons.

This thread triggers me so much, but let's go-on shall we?

You don't know that. If people enjoy sem-vanilla survival, then it definitely wouldn't hurt to release factions.

I agree with this thread. Soup has came back but with a much higher player count. And when Skeppy/Zelk/MegaPVP/TehNeon hosted this event it got quite a lot of traction and was joined in really quickly.

Hoenstly i dont think factions is suited for invaded at all the player base is not able to play it lol
